Short and clear, so we're both at ease. By ordering a SatSet.studio service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope of service
SatSet.studio provides website setup, hosting, and care according to the plan you choose. Each plan's limits (pages, products, and revisions) are listed in Plans & Pricing.
Work outside your plan is charged according to the Add-On Menu or a written quote agreed before the work starts.
2. 24-hour free draft
The free draft is delivered as a watermarked visual mockup (image or Figma preview), not a usable website or code.
Website development starts once the setup fee is paid. Draft designs remain the property of SatSet.studio until payment is received.
3. Content & client responsibility
Clients hold 100% ownership of, and legal responsibility for, the text, images, logos, products, and other information they provide or upload.
Clients confirm that this content does not infringe copyright, trademarks, or applicable law. SatSet.studio may refuse or remove unlawful content.
4. Hosting & Care Plan
Included: uptime monitoring, .biz.id domain & hosting renewals, security patches, backups, and up to 2 small text/image changes per month.
Not included: layout redesigns, bulk content updates, copywriting, and new custom features. If the monthly fee is unpaid, the website may be temporarily suspended.
5. Digital invitations
Invitation links stay active for 6 months after the event, then they're archived.
6. Limitation of liability
SatSet.studio provides technical setup and hosting frameworks. We are not liable for clients' business transactions, disputes between clients and their customers, or any resulting losses.
We are not liable for downtime of third-party cloud infrastructure (such as Vercel, Supabase, or domain registries). If an outage happens, we help restore service as quickly as we can.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
